If your business is located in the Brandon area and have a minimum of 10 chicken plate orders, we will deliver your plates to you on the day of the event!
What do you need to do?
- Email us at caringforcarter@yahoo.com and let us know you are interested in a group order.
- Sell chicken plate tickets and collect the money
- Orders MUST be placed by May 4
- A Caring for Carter Team member will pick your order up now through May 4. Please email us when your order is complete
- Don't forget! With each chicken plate ticket, you will given a raffle ticket for a chance to win 1 of 4 gift baskets to be given away! And you do not have to be present to win!
**Please note: There will only be 1000 chicken plate tickets sold.
Please get your orders in EARLY to guarantee your ticket**
Once you have emailed caringforcarter@yahoo.com and confirmed your group order, please print the form below. It must be turned in with money by the deadline.
