3. My business would like to make a donation. How would I do this?
    
        First, thank you for wanting to participate in the event by making a donation! You can contact us at caringforcarter@yahoo.com and let us know what donation you would like to make. Monetary donations can be made through Paypal or at any Regions Bank (Carter Cline Account). On the day of the event, businesses who have made donations will be listed on banners throughout the event. You will recevie a receipt and your donation can be used as an advertising expense and may be tax deductible.

4. I would like to sign up to volunteer. My church, school group, work group would like to volunteer. How can I do this?

      Please visit our Volunteer Sign Up page HERE. Different shifts are listed and you can sign up for which will work best for you. If your group would like to volunteer as a whole, please list the group name on the sign up page. Then, email caringforcarterbenefit@yahoo.com to let us know how many members your group will be bringing.

      Closer to the day of the event, you will receive an email with more information on assignments and were to meet on the event day.

5. How do I purchase a chicken plate ticket? What will be included?

      Chicken plate tickets are on sale now for $10 each. Tickets are pre-sold so you must purchase them before the day of the event. You may contact us at caringforcarter@yahoo.com to purchase tickets. Payment types currently accepted are:
Cash (please do not mail)
Checks (made Payable to Caring for Carter)
Paypal (email address caringforcarter@yahoo.com)

     The chicken plates will include: BBQ Chicken Leg Quarter, baked beans, potato salad, and a roll. On your ticket, you will indicate what time you will picking them up. Pick-Up times are: 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm.

     Each ticket will also include a chance to win one of the gift baskets to be given away on the day of the event. Only those purchasing chicken plates tickets will have a chance to win one of the gift baskets and only 1000 tickets will be sold.

6. How can I win one of the raffle prizes?

      On the day of the event, you will be able to purchase raffle tickets. All prizes will be on display at the Raffle booth. You may choose how to distribute your raffle tickets for a chance to win prizes of your choice. Visit our RAFFLE PRIZE Page to see a list of the awesome prizes you could win! This list is updated frequently to keep checking back!

7. Do I have to be present to win a prize?

       No, you do not have to be present to win. Drawing will be held immediately following the magic show. Winners not present will be contacted the week following the event and we will set up a time to get your prize to you. A list of winners will be on the website after the event.

8. I want to be an Arts and Crafts Vendor. How will this work?

      Arts and Crafts Vendors will be set up the day of the event. Our rules and requlations can be found on the VENDOR Page. Applications and fees are due April 27th. We are asking each vendor to make a donation of one item for the raffle drawings. These items are due May 1st.
 
     Vendor assignment is on a first come first serve basis. Vedors will receive an email with booth assignments and additional information the week prior to the event.

9. When are t-shirt orders due?

     The next t-shirt order is due April 15th and will be delivered aroun May 1st. T-shirts will also be available for purchase on the day of the event. Order your t-shirts HERE.  

10. What activities will be in the Kid Zone area?

       Games, inflatables, and so much more, but specific details for the Kid Zone area will be released soon.


11. I won't be able to attend the event, but I still want to help The Clines. How can I do so?


     Donations may be made at any Regions Bank (Carter Cline Account). Visit the DONATE page for more information. We thank you very much for your generous donation!
